Recicleta

Description

Recicleta is a social enterprise focused on recycling and offers collection services for paper, plastic bottles and aluminum cans. The program was created in 2009 by ViitorPlus - the association for sustainable development. The transportation of waste material is done without polluting emissions, by cargo tricycles ridden by people from vulnerable social groups who thus obtain employment.

We collect small quantities of waste (between 25 kg up to 150 kg) from firms and blocks of flats in the northern, center and east of Bucharest. The service was designed specifically for the transport of small quantities of recycling waste, as an alternative to large warehouses.
